As a previously credentialed Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (from 2020-2025) spending over 4,000 hours working with athletes over the past several years, I offer personalized and evidence-based nutrition guidance to athletes and physically active individuals. This involves creating individualized nutrition plans to optimize performance, support recovery, and address specific sports-related needs. Sports Nutrition counseling provides education on fueling strategies, hydration, and nutrient timing to help athletes reach their goals and maintain overall well-being.
Someone may reach out for performance nutrition counseling if:
They are a recreational athlete (gym goer)
They are a high school or collegiate level athlete
They are training for an endurance event – Ex. Road races, cycling, triathlons
